Click for Larger ImageDavid Block first studied T'ai Chi Ch'uan in 1973 and has taught since 1978.

He has been a student of Master Tung Kai Ying since 1977.

Tung Kai Ying is a third generation T'ai Chi Ch'uan Master, a heritage from his famous grandfather Tung Ying Chieh, who was a student of and co-teacher with Yang Cheng Fu, for whose family the Yang style of T'ai Chi Ch'uan is named.

David has studied and practiced in China, Hong Kong, and Australia. Besides teaching at the Asian Arts Center, he also teaches at Phoenix College and at Kinesphere. David holds special workshops and seminars and has given demonstrations at cultural events.
